Research On The Optimization Of The Museum Public Cultural Service-

Museums are part of the Public Cultural Service System,they are undertake the important mission for serving social development and the public.This requires museums to use their own unique cultural relics and exhibition resources,to disseminate cultural knowledge to the public through multi-level and diversified educational means,to meet the people's spiritual and cultural needs,to continuously improve the overall quality of citizens,and to promote social civilization.With the government's emphasis on building the public cultural service system and the increasing demand for public cultural services by the public,Chinese museum career has entered a new period of rapid development,the number of museums has grown rapidly,the awareness and ability of public cultural service has also been significantly improved,and the role of the museum has become more prominent in social life.In the process of the development of the practice of public cultural service in museums,more extensive and complex problems have been encountered.Therefore,under the new situation of constructing the modern public cultural service system,the museum will continue to deepen the research on public cultural service,adapt to social development,timely solve the existing problems in the practice,constantly perfect their own public cultural service function.The research object of this thesis is the public cultural service of museums.Taking the Taizhou museum as the example,this paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation,existing problems and causes of the public cultural service,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,hopes to provide some reference value for the development of other museums.The concrete structure of the thesis is as follows:First of all,the concepts of museums,public cultural service,museum public cultural service and the main content and general situation of Chinese museum public cultural service are explained,and this paper analyzes the importance of optimizing the public cultural service of museums in the new era.Secondly,this paper takes the Taizhou Museum as the main case to know the present situation of the public cultural service such as exhibition,social education,scientific research and so on,finds out the problems of Taizhou Museum in the Public Cultural Service according to the present situation of its work and analyzes the reasons.Finally,this paper deeply analyzes the difficulties and causes of the summary,and combined with theoretical guidance and practical situation,puts forward the corresponding solutions from four aspects of enhancing service consciousness,strengthening own construction of the museum,establishing diversified capital channels and improving the benefits of social service,in order to optimize the public cultural service of museums and promote the comprehensive development of archaeological work.
