Puplic Cultural Services From The Perspective Of Beijing Bus Study On The Construction Of The Museum

In the modern social and cultural category, the museum is a public institution which provide public with cultural, educational, artistic and other services.The traditional museums are generally non-profit organizations, which makes the provision of public cultural services for the public as the basic premise of the existence and development of museums.With the continuous development of the market economy,China's enterprises meet the needs of economy growth,and pay more and more attention at the enterprise culture,brand communication and social responsibility.Based on this background, more and more enterprise museums came into being.Corporate museum is a microcosm of the history of the development of the industry and the culture of the enterprise, with two characteristics of corporate attributes and social attributes,based on its corporate attributes, corporate museum must have to make contribution to the company through provide enterprise service,propaganda,culture construction and the brand construction.This thesis take the Beijing bus Museum which established by the Beijing public transport group as an example, through the collation and analysis of various types of information,analysis of the role of corporate museum in the public cultural services.First of all, this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of the corporate museum and the role played in the public cultural service.Secondly, it analyzes and explains the basic concepts and core theories, and reviews the development of the domestic and foreign enterprise museums.On this basis, this paper takes the Beijing bus Museum as an example,introduces the history and basic development of the preparation,the function and orientation and the transformation process of the museum an briefly described. Subsequently, this thesis analyzes the basic functions and existing problems of Beijing bus Museum in public cultural service,through the analysis, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the level of public cultural service in Beijing bus museum.
