Research On The Optimization Of The Maanshan Museum From The Perspective Of Public Cultural Space

In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of Communist Party of China,it was put forward:"It is necessary to improve the public cultural service system,deeply implement the cultural programs in the public interest,and enrich the mass cultural activities."Museum is an important place to inherit human civilization,and it is also an important public cultural service organization,and it is an indispensable part of the public cultural service system.Providing public cultural products and services to the public and promoting the standardization and equalization of public services is one of the most basic responsibilities of museums,and the social mission of the museum..Entering the new era,my country's museum industry has developed rapidly,the public cultural service capabilities of museums have been significantly improved,and the quality of citizens' cultural consumption has been upgraded.However,at the same time,the development of museums is uneven,and many museums have more prominent problems in their own construction.Therefore,museums should continue to optimize public cultural services,adapt to the development trend of the new era,clarify the development mission of the new era,and strive to become a new home,new treasure house,and new space for disseminating excellent culture,enriching people's lives,improving the quality of the people,and promoting cultural consumption.This article takes the Maanshan Museum as the research object,takes the public cultural space as the research perspective,and takes the museum public cultural service as the research theme to conduct research and analysis.First of all,the relevant concepts of museums,public cultural services and public cultural spaces are defined,the functional performance of museums public cultural services,the basic characteristics of museum public cultural spaces,and the spatial transformation of public cultural services of museums are analyzed,the main content of the current public cultural services provided by the Maanshan Museum is elaborated.Secondly,through the public's evaluation survey and data statistics of the public cultural services of the Maanshan Museum,the main problems in the public cultural services of Maanshan Museum in terms of facilities,resources,activities and technology are analyzed,and the main reasons for the existence of problems reflected in the low work and service enthusiasm,unsound management system,irrational talent structure and weak ability,and insufficient capital investment are probed.Finally,from the perspective of public cultural space,the optimization measures for public cultural services of Maanshan Museum are proposed from the spatial dimensions of physical space,activity space,mechanism space,and virtual space,so as to achieve a more comprehensive and systematic understanding of the museum,and enhance public cultural service capabilities,improve service quality,and realize all-round development.
