With the advent of the era of knowledge economy and experience economy,public cultural institutions are facing a transition to knowledge innovation and experience upgrade.This means that while the public library protects the public's basic needs for information acquisition,it also needs to transform the service to meet the user's knowledge upgrade needs,and realize the library's passive provision of natural resources to actively guide users in knowledge application and innovation.The role transformation,as a socialized platform and a localized knowledge resource pool,should reflect on how to respond to local needs and problems and how to truly bring about a profound impact and change on the cultural life of citizens.This project hopes to study the innovation of public library knowledge services from the perspective of knowledge collaboration,design service intervention as a design approach,place public library knowledge services in the overall social context,and integrate innovative ideas into Knowledge services redefine problems and propose design strategies.This topic first summarizes and summarizes the development trend of knowledge services in public libraries and the current status of domestic knowledge services.Through the study of the theory of knowledge collaboration,this paper concludes how to divide and construct knowledge services in the service phase.The knowledge service process is optimized and reorganized,the service elements of each service stage are summed up,and the in-depth design elements of each stage of knowledge service are analyzed based on this dimension,and the possible perspective of the design is obtained.The research stage is mainly based on the model proposed in the previous stage.It investigates the characteristics of domestic users and the awareness of public libraries.It defines the opportunities and design directions that need to be paid attention to in the optimization of knowledge services in China,including knowledge service scenarios.Construction,optimization of knowledge service experience,and collaborative behavior organization in knowledge services.Finally,it attempts to study the reasonable building strategies of public library knowledge services based on knowledge collaboration,which makes the service maximize the interests of both the library and users.Bring more public value to the public library's knowledge services.In the end,based on the combination of theory and practice,this project proposes three aspects of design guidance for public library knowledge service design based on knowledge collaboration,including scenario construction strategy of knowledge service,service experience construction strategy,and design strategy of collaborative behavior of knowledge service.The design of the knowledge service system is guided by design intervention methods at different levels.In addition,it also brings about the extension and extension of applications to related theories.
