The 14 th Five-Year Plan points out that,"prosperously develop cultural undertakings and cultural industries,and enhance the country's cultural soft power",and build a "cultural power" in 2035.As an important part of public cultural construction,libraries are also a service organization for readers to gain knowledge,Storing a vast array of knowledge resources.Driven by technological development,traditional libraries have undergone great changes,from book-based paper libraries to online electronic libraries,and then evolving to the state of a hybrid library.Since the beginning of the new century,science and technology have been constantly updated.With the emergence of new industrial technologies such as big data technology,cloud computing methods,the Internet of Science and Technology,and AI artificial intelligence,the knowledge service model of most libraries in my country has remained at traditional paper book services.At the level,it did not follow up the development of new technologies in time to promote new forms of knowledge services.Through field visits to municipal public libraries in nine cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the author analyzed the status quo of library knowledge services and found that the current library knowledge services mainly include homogenization of knowledge service products for readers,low search matching,and resource utilization.Problems such as low rate and poor effectiveness of service information push.The user portrait is to build the corresponding user model by collecting the data of the target user,and provide services for the user on this basis,that is,the digitization of the user.User portrait technology has achieved objective results in the fields of Internet marketing,precision recommendation,etc.The application of user portrait technology to library knowledge services can largely solve the current problems in library knowledge services and improve the level of knowledge services.The article analyzes the reality of the use of user portraits in library knowledge services,selects user portrait tags in terms of user's basic attributes,behavior attributes,social attributes,and context attributes,and builds a user portrait tag system.The library server establishes a user portrait model after collecting relevant information,and realizes knowledge service goals such as online service push,personalized book recommendation,user retention analysis,user demand management,and scenario-based services based on the user portrait model.After collecting library user information,the Weka software uses the K-Means clustering algorithm to verify user portraits,and recommends corresponding knowledge services to relevant readers,and analyzes the use of user portrait technology in the library knowledge service process at the actual implementation level Is it feasible.It is hoped that it can help libraries to dig deeper into the value of collection resources and user information,and provide library users with more accurate and effective personalized knowledge services,thereby improving the library's knowledge service level.
