The Promotion Effect Research Of Public Library Corporate Governance In The Service Ability

Since 2007, Shenzhen library took the lead in the implementation of corporate governance since the governance of Chinese public library development for as long as ten years, not only has achieved some success, there are still many problems to be solved.In 2013, the 18 session facilitated by public library governance once again as one of the elements of the national strategic development. More than 10 years, public library governance research has been carried out in China, became a mainstream direction of library research. However, existing research is mainly limited to the theoretical study,lack of operational value. Meanwhile, the current research could not be combined with the study of knowledge management in library, failing to fully take advantage of the knowledge management, thus failing to effective corporate governance role of the library.In the framework of principal-agent, corporate governance is an extension of corporate governance in the field of administration. Public library management has a"rational economic man" or "political rational people" feature,under the perfect incentive mechanisms, can play a greater value. After the implementation of the corporate governance, improve management of interest, management responsibilities be clear, they will increase the intensity of management innovation, so as to improve the ability of library service quality and enhance library services. Compared with the traditional governance model,the corporate governance model can form a more effective benefit balance mechanism.This research based on China public library 400 copies effective sample, with the software of SPSS20.0 software and Lisrel8.7, using intermediary effect of theory and method,building and test the public library corporate governance on service capacity promote effect model, and knowledge into on service capacity promote effect model, and corporate governance on service capacity promote mechanism in the knowledge into intermediary effect model, and corporate governance on service capacity promote mechanism in the knowledge into SECI elements intermediary effect model, So as to reveal the knowledge into public library in mediating micro-promoting mechanism of corporate governance services capacity, puts public libraries not only corporate governance improvement strategy, also puts knowledge into improved policies based on knowledge conversion support for corporate governance policies, and enhances the capacity of public library service.The innovation of this research include the following three aspects:(1) based on China's political, economic and cultural environment of public library operations,in the framework of principal-agent,with Morris-method-parameter huomusitemu distribution function, demonstrate public library implementation can be achieved beyond the traditional management of governance, management to achieve effective incentive and restraint, so as to promote the improvement of services.(2) use the mediating effect of theory and method in our country under the existing political, economic and cultural environment, implement public library corporate governance research and integration of knowledge into research,build a new public library services framework also laid the Foundation for the promotion of corporate governance.(3) based on knowledge transformation and factors mediating model results,combined with the knowledge of corporate governance in public libraries survey, put forward the socialization of knowledge,knowledge of explicit and implicit knowledge,knowledge of support for corporate governance strategies, so as to further promote the growth of public library service.
