As an important part of the ERP system,the purpose of process management is to improve the company's production efficiency and processing quality,reduce production costs,shorten delivery cycle.High-efficiency of process management is an important guarantee for a good operation of the company.At present,the process management system of Anhui Masteel Conveyor Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.was developed in 2007 based on C/S model.With the continuous development of the society,existing process management system has problems such as the maintenance of the client,the system only in the LAN of the enterprise,can't support the Web side and so on.With the development of process management systems in the direction of networking and intelligence,the existing process management system of Anhui Masteel Conveying Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.can't meet the needs of the combination of manufacturing and the Internet,designing a new ERP system of Anhui Masteel Convery Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.is imperative.The thesis designs and implements a new process management system in ERP system.The thesis adopts Web technology and database technology to design and implement discrete manufacturing process management system based on B/S mode.The system solves the problems of slow operation of existing process management systems,excessive database redundancy,large system maintenance workload,and non-support of external network access.The design and implementation of the B/S mode process management system has a certain reference for the upgrade and reconstruction of the traditional manufacturing C/S mode process management system toward the B/S mode process management system.The main tasks of this article are as follows:1)Designed and implemented the main functions of the process management system: raw material maintenance,process knowledge maintenance,large-scale equipment maintenance,tool maintenance,new technology notices,branch design plans,design group plans,blueprint design plans,branch technology design plans,and process groups.Plan,process design,material quota,process list,delivery list,and personnel rights management.2)Database design work: Redesigned the database of the process management system in response to problems such as the non-standard design of the database leading to excessive data redundancy and system operation getting slower.3)The process management system designed in this paper is connected with marketing management,procurement management and production management.According to the marketing plan issued by the Marketing Section,the process management system generates the corresponding craft list,delivery list,material quota list and other process documents to the procurement department and production department.
