The Research And Application Of Real-Time Control System Based On OPC Rules

With the development of the Computer Technology and the Concept of the System, Process Control System develops to the Computer Integrated Automation System, including Process Control System, Manufacture Execute System and Enterprise.Resources Planning. Any system of these two is a system requiring high Real-time Performance. This dissertation has researched and designed on real-time control system which includes two parts :Firstly, about the technology of Real-time Data Access. The thesis describes the OPC Data Access rules, interfaces and methods based on COM technology, brings out a method of applying OPC rules to implement a universal, open and standard method, presents an implementing scheme of OPC Client and gives out a industry process control system frame based on OPC at last.Secondly, about the data management of real-time data technology. In order, "to improve the real-time performance of system and the performance of historical data management, the thesis presents the real-time database technology. The thesis describes a real-time control system frame which is based on OPC and real-time database, designs the real-time data structure, the procedure of data access, the procedure of storing historical data and the procedure of writing data to device, and explains the implement of the real-time database-memory database on the data management, data structure and interface design in details. At last the thesis gives out the application of the design frame on Hazardous Waste Combustion Disposal System.
