Research On The Design Of PBS Process Database Management System And Car Dispatching Based On SCADA

SCADA means Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition. It is a process control and dispatching automation system based on computer. It can monitor spot running equipment ,collect real-time data, scale and adjust parameters. Along with the widen of manufacture, its effect more and more is thought much of by users. The paper introduces database design theory,SCADA real-time data theory and flexible data interface briefly, and put forewords that using SCADA powerful script to design PBS dispatching algorithm. It particularly expatiates the realization of principle of PBS management system using above three theory. The main content of this paper as follows:Designing cartype tracing model using relation database theory based on PBS friction transportation.Designing PBS real-time database using SCADA configuration software.Analysising users requirement and designing PBS dispatching algorithm.Empoldering OPC Client connecting OPC Server and SCADA real-time database.
