Research And Development Of Basic Process Database System For Military Electronic Components

With the rapid development of science and technology and the transformation of the industrial economy to the knowledge economy,the information and knowledge gradually occupy the leading position in the enterprise.Process data management and process knowledge management has become an effective means to improve the efficiency of R & D and enhance the competitiveness of the market.As the largest producer of electronic components,our country has a high market share,and while with the diversification of market demand and internal technological knowledge is lack of effective integration and management,serious impact on the efficiency of research and development of enterprises,resulting in the pressure of competition is more and more big.During the development of Electronic Component companies,the method of process data and process knowledge management which improves the development speed and efficiency of R & D and reduces the cost at the same time,is very important for enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness.In this paper,military electronic components manufacturer is taken as the research object,through the analysis of their actual production,R & D and the operation condition,combing the relevant business processes,the demand analysis of the database system of military electronic components based process has been completed.On the basis of this,the design goal of the system is defined and the overall structure design of the system is proposed,then the functional module design and database design is completed.Finally with BDF2 as the system development framework and Oracle11 g for the system to implement the database,basic library management function is developed for the process design of data management,the product development management is developed for the technological knowledge accumulation and RE development and workflow technology is used to monitor the process of product development.Then the system achieves the effective management of enterprise process data and process knowledge,supports product development.Currently,the system has been successfully deployed in cooperation unit and tries to run.Early results show that the run: The system functions can meet the needs of enterprise data management and process knowledge management,system performance meets the design requirements,the system has important guiding significance and value for enterprise product development.
