Process is an important part of product data and it is also the intersection of enterprise's produce information. With the development of advanced manufacture technology and information technology, many enterprises make higher demand on process information system. More and more enterprisers have realized that it is very important to resolve such problems as releasing technologists from burdensome and repeated labor, managing a mass of technical files and data effectively, integrating application with other information systems of an enterprise and so on.The function of process data management system is producing and searching basic process data of product life cycle, and it also ensures the consistency and integrity of product technical data integration and communication of technical information. On this basis, the management system automatically complete all form of statistical work of equipments, tool, key process etc and put all kinds of process papers on file.This paper expended on the current situation of process data management in manufacturing enterprises and development trend of digital process data, combining with the demand analysis for process data management of Wuxi Turbine Blade Co., Ltd, put forward the solution.Firstly, this paper puts forward process source design and constructing through the descriptions of feature, classification and organization of process resource data, established process resource model based O-O technology,which can make the process resource data efficiently managed, especially for special process equipment such as mold, clamp, tool etc, so that a lot of basic data resources have been offered for blade manufacture.Secondly, this paper puts forward a structural process idea which based on product structure, namely, fabricating technique for Blade is divided into several processes according to the MBOM, and process edit is completed through operating the process node. Adopt the way of structural BOM to construct process information, which can quick obtain the manufacturing process routing, MBOM information and data for followed production. It accords with the integration development trend, is helpful for process data management and shared process information.Finally, taking into account the integration with ERP system, and ensuring the consistency of information in product life cycle, this paper puts forward a method of management based on material code, which is convenience for ERP system to transfer process data. It also explains the key techniques used in the system in detail and describes each function module and the interface design of those modules.
