The memristor was proposed by Professor Chua according to the completeness of the axiomatic system of circuit theory.memristor is a two-terminal passive electronic component,that is used to describe the relationship between the electric charge "q" and the magnetic flux "?" in a circuit,and that is called the fourth basic circuit element except for resistor,inductor and capacitor.As the fourth basic circuit element,the memristor has unique properties different from other circuit elements that have great potential applications in many fields,such as memories,neural networks and nonlinear circuits.But,the memristor is restricted by the current production process,which has not yet been market-oriented,only the mathematical model and circuit model of the memristor can be used to explore the circuit characteristics of the memristor.However,the current memristor circuit model in the published literature satisfies the v-i characteristics of the memristor,but most of it does not have the characteristics of power loss memory.Therefore,according to the theoretical model of HP memristor,a circuit model based on digital potentiometer and memory loss characteristic is designed in this paper,in order to replace the actual memristor for experiment and research application.Then,the performance o f the memristor is test by the actual simulation,and it is applied to the series parallel circuit of memristor and logic gate circuit.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:?1?A memristor digital simulator with power loss memory characteristics is designed based on the HP memristor model theory.First,based on the theoretical model of the charge controlled memristor,analyzed the port characteristic of the model.Based on the mathematical model of the TiO2 controlled memristor,a memristor digital simulator is constructed.The memristor digitizer simulat the current signal of digital potentiometer through microprocessor and control the resistance of digital potentiometer,so that it can simulate memristor.?2?The simulation experiment of the digital memristor is carried out.The digital memristor model is experimentally verified and simulated under the excitation of different frequencies and different types of voltage signals?sine wave,triangle wave and square wave?,results show that the v-i characteristic curve of the memristor is consistent with the characteristic of the compact hysteresis curve characteristic of the memory element under different voltage excitation.Then the memory characteristics of the digital memristor are tested by input square wave voltage excitation.The test results show that the digital memristor has no resistance before and after power failure,that is,the power down memory characteristic.?3?The digital memristor is used to verify the series and parallel characteristics of the HP memristor.On the basis of HP memristor theory,the parallel characteristics of memristor are deduced,and using Matlab to model and simulate the memristor series-parallel circuit.After that,using digital memristor build se ries parallel circuit for the actual test,The test results are consistent with the Matlab simulation results..?4?The logic gate circuit is verified with the digital binary memory resistor.In order to further explore today in the application of logic gate,the design implements a binary today,as a basic circuit component structures,logic gate circuits,the actual circuit simulation verification,the results are consistent with expectations.
