Research & Implement Of Computing Tasks Management System Supporting The Collaborative Design

With the development of the national economy and the further growth of the market demand of the railway transport,higher requirements are put forward to the railway transport.As an important equipment of railway transportation,the design efficiency,safety and feasibility of railway vehicles affect the development of railway transportation industry in China.The design of railway vehicle is a complex process,including the design of the three-dimensional model of the vehicle,the simulation analysis of the model,the calculation of the parameters and the calculation of the task of management,etc..At present,some enterprises have been using advanced technology to accelerate the model design and simulation analysis process,but they are neglected to manage the calculate the parameters and calculation of the task in the design,which will have a direct impact on a three dimensional model of a vehicle design and simulation analysis,thus affecting the efficiency of vehicle design.Therefore,it is very necessary to set up a computational task management system which can support the collaborative design,to effectively manage the calculation parameters and computational tasks,and to support the collaborative design process of vehiclesThis paper makes a deep analysis and research in the vehicle design process especially for the problems such as many calculation parameters,heavy calculation task,un-unified calculation standards and not clear division of tasks.According to the demand of the system developed to support collaborative design calculation task management system.Mathcad was used in the system to realize the calculation template customization,the advanced design concepts and mature design experience are put into the template,at the same time,using VB to re-develop Mathcad,to achieve the parameters calculation automation;The computing tasks allocation reasonably based on the role based task allocation,solving the problem of not clearly task division of labor,improving the efficiency of task management.It is easy for user to operate with the help of ZK technology to develop rich human-computer interaction interface.The data management technology is used to manage the users and data in the system,especially for the calculation of the parameters and the calculation of the template.At the end of this paper,the operation of each module of the system is tested through the example of system operation,the results show that the system is running well.The design of the system can effectively manage the calculation parameters and calculation tasks in the vehicle design,realize the calculation of template customization,according to user level control parameters,improve the design efficiency of vehicle by sharing and reuse of the template.This system will be better support the process of vehicle coordination design.
