With the development of society, the scale of the enterprises is more and more big, theenterprise of vehicle is also increasing, So it is very important for the informationmanagement needs of the car. In order to improve the efficiency of the use of vehicles,reducing vehicle use cost, it is very important for the strict and standard management of car.The article researches the vehicle management system for domestic and foreign enterprises,and then on the vehicle using the status of research, according to the actual situation, designand implementation of a vehicle management system based on.NET.The system adopts C#as the developing language and SQL Server2000as the database.The realization of the system mainly includes file management, vehicle management, costmanagement, query five functions of management and system management. The mainrealization of the archive management of the postal system of vehicle informationmanagement, including add, delete the vehicle information, change, check operation. Vehiclemanagement is divided into five functional modules of vehicle management, repairmanagement, insurance management, annual management and illegal management. Costmanagement is mainly to realize the management to the vehicles involved in the use ofprocess cost, including gas management, wash the car management, parking management andother fees management. The system provides a query management functions, including filequery, transport query, maintenance query, insurance query, annual check query illegalquery, refueling query, car-washing query parking and other comprehensive inquiries andthese functions maily provide the information of all kinds of queries about the car. Systemmanagement is an important function of the system, including the data dictionary, thereminding setting management, security settings, and left to hang four functions.This paper is divided into six parts are introduced to the system, the first part is theintroduction, mainly introduces the research background, significance and present situation athome and abroad of the system; the second part is the key technologies used in the process ofdeveloping the module are introduced, including C#technology, SQL server technology etc;the third part is the demand analysis part that is mainly on the analysis of the systemrequirements, including functional requirements and non functional requirements analysis,feasibility analysis and development environment. The fourth part is the system design part, firstly introduces the designing principle of the system, and then introduces the process designand system architecture design, and then sub module function design of the system areintroduced, finally introduces the database design of the system; the fifth part is theimplementation part of the system, module were introduced to the five module, gives the flowchart and the realization of the interface; the last is the part of the system test, to test theimplementation of the system, system implementation through the test known to meet theneeds of users.The system is on line, can enhance the enterprise the management of vehicles, improveefficiency in the use of various cost reduction of vehicles, the use of vehicles in the process.The original vehicle management may need to be artificial and paper records management,management system through the use of the vehicle’s basic information and vehicleinformation and cost information, realize the paperless office, one can improve the efficiencyof management personnel, in addition to save paper. At the same time, the system cantransport cost statistics traffic convenient and various aspects of information. In a word,through the system, use efficiency can be improved greatly by vehicle.
