| For the traditional industrial and mining enterprises, it is a critical problem to manage the engineering projects effectively. The combination of networking information techniques and the idea of engineering projects management is one of the most effective solutions. Furthermore, Task Management System is an important tool to promote the competence of enterprises. It can help enterprises to get rid of region restriction, save time of management, and provide comprehensive data to the managers. In short, the system plays an important role to guarantee the safety in the producting procedure.By means of studying and analyzing the related fileds of task management, according to the ideas of software reusing and modularization design, the thesis summarized the features of current task management system, and completed the work of research and design of the core functions for task management system platform.The main design contents of task management system are the relationship among task tree, items and task packages. Task tree means the entire job which will be done. Items are the details. And task packages are the carriers to transport work between users with different authority.The Power Safety Assessment System generated by Task Management System Platform, successfully resolved the following problems:mainly by manual work in the past; grave time and power consuming; on low level of information and easy to make mistakes and errors. The thesis first introduced the general structure and the main function demanding of the system, then analyzed the design idea of database tables, and algorithm of task packages flow. The design ideas about task packages, the interface of database, authority management and structure of enterprise sectors are explained. The successful application of the system in industry proves that it is both usable and important.Finally, the thesis summarized the work of research to the platform, and proposed the further research plans and contents. |
