Intelligent control technology is a high technology subject in the new development.It is an important part of modern control technology.Temperature is one of the widely used control parameters.It can be convenient for people to control the controlled object.This design originates from the South characteristic food processing technology.To help realize the semi automation or automation of production and processing.The main content of this design is to detect and control the temperature of the food processing.The task of this design includes the design of the lower computer measurement and control circuit and the design of the upper computer monitoring system.The design and debugging of the hardware circuit of the slave computer,The design and debugging of the lower computer program.The design of the software interface of the upper computer,design and debugging of the communication link between the upper and lower computer.The next bit machine CPU to ATMEL company production of AT89S51 microcontroller as the core,Controlled oven temperature change by K type thermocouple into a weak voltage signal input to the MAX6675.The MAX6675 voltage signal amplification,filtering and A/D conversion to digital signal and sent to the AT89S51 mcu,the calculated output to a solid state relay,temperature controlled fumigating box to ensure that requirements by solid state relay;Auxiliary pressure sensor real time monitoring of pressure in the test chamber,to ensure the safety of the processing and production;The working parameters can be input by the keyboard,the measured parameters and the current working parameters can be displayed by the liquid crystal display in real time,and the operator can observe the operation.parameters.SCM control of the above aspects are the use of digital interface,simple structure.Single chip microcomputer control MAX7219 chip constitute the display circuit module,Real time display of temperature data and system working time parameters;and the user key control module,realize the user personalized settings system functions.PC based on LabVIEW virtual instrument design software for the design of the system software platform,PC through serial communication interface in real time to receive the next bit machine to send the detection data.Data storage and real-time display on the host computer.The design is completed based on the MAX6675 intelligent temperature measurement and control system with a certain intelligence and flexibility,the system has real intelligence and flexibility,the system is stable and reliable,and can obtain high control precision.Combination of virtual instrument and intelligent temperature control,System operation is simple,the interface is friendly.
