Nowadays,Virtual Instrument Measure Technology is a tendency what is made up of computer,a set of software and hardware. Virtual Instrument Measure Technology is more acceptable for its easy operation,high reliability and wide availability.To design and research the Synthetically Measure Instrument Of Crank Shaft,This paper discusses the construction of metrical project,the way to realize it. the designing of software and hardware. The method of adjusting and the successful result are described.In the paper,Measure Instrument Of Crank Shaft is divided into three aspects:one is the project of mechanical structure,one is the project of hardware's control,another is the project of software's designing. In the project of mechanical structure,we bat around the error and metrical way of Crank Shaft,describe the elements of the Synthetically Measure Instrument Of Crank Shaft and the way to realize it. In the project of hardware's control,we analyze the displacement sensor,the data acquisition card,stepping-motor and it's controller. We still suggest the project of hardware's control. We have accomplished the task of the systemic debug. In the project of software's designing,we declare three kinds of ways and means to analyze the data processing and result. In the design of soft,we have accomplished the interface of test programming and data communications processing.Advanced Virtual Instrument measure system,The Synthetically Measure Instrument Of Crank Shaft has plenty of graphic -,data display functions -,good interface of interactive and data save data output functions. It has shown that the property of the machine is stable and reliable with satisfied universality and it is easy to operate and adjust.
