With the rapid development of informationization,digitization,and networking,traditional book publishing companies are facing the challenge of digital transformation.With the emergence of technologies such as cloud computing,big data,and mobile Internet,VR(Virtual Reality)technology,AR(Augmented Reality)technology,and MR(Mixed Reality)technology have become new media technologies that facilitate the transformation of traditional book publishing companies.Therefore,the purpose of this study is the book publishing based on "3R" technology.Based on Lasswell's "5W" communication model theory,this study takes the "3R"technology as a starting point,explores the constituent elements of the book publishing and dissemination model,and clarifies the relationship between the new media technology and the book publishing and dissemination model,which provides a theoretical basis for a book publishing company.This study aims to find out the evolution process and application of new media technologies by the literature analysis,and discuss the application of "3R" technology in book publishing activities,including the selection of topic planning,topic selection,management ideas,marketing models,etc.by empirical research and case analysis.We can find that the book publishing industry chain based on "3R" technology has formed,and the "3R" book publishing industry "ecosystem circle" has begun to take shape by analysis."3R" technology has created new opportunities for book publishing companies to self-energize.However,the combination of "3R" technology and book publishing also has a series of problems such as the lack of core technologies,ignorance of intellectual property rights,homogenization of content,and poor user experience,which are also issues that need careful consideration in subsequent research and application.After the integration of "3R" technology and book publishing,the industry chain of content,technology,platform,and channels will continue to improve,but book content is still the core competitiveness of book publishing companies regardless of the technology used;and what the book publishing companies will provide are both a book product and a knowledge service.The new media technology provides users with value-added services.This study conducts research and analysis from the perspectives of policy,theory and practice,and strives to innovate in the research content.At the same time,this study starts with the "3R" technology and the user's experience to analyze problems in publishing based on the "3R" technology and propose solutions,trying to make breakthroughs in the perspective of research.
