Research On Participatory Journalism From The Perspective Of Internet Governance

In 2003,the social environment is being filled with all kinds of sounds,these voices and opinions release through the blog,micro-blog,WeChat,BBS and other network forum /community media.Especially with the growing up of the twitter in 2006 and the hot tide of micro-blog in 2010,our society members pay more attention on the social media,Participatory Journalism makes the general public actively join communication activities by the We-media platform.Participatory Journalism,as a way of information presentation,has reappearance function to social environment.The general public uses this way to publish events that they experienced or witnessed in social media,so as to construct Pseudo Environment and form social public opinion.This paper is based on this background and makes participatory journalism as the main content of the research from the Internet Governance perspective.This paper selected the annual 20 hot events from the Analysis of Internet Public Opinion in China as the research sample,and time ranges of the sample is defined from 2008 to 2016.This paper use literature analysis and case method study on the analysis,intermediate and micro levels to discuss Internet governance of the Participatory Journalism and analyze some contradictions that may exist in Participatory News and Internet Governance.Specifically,this paper is divided into six parts: the first part is mainly about introducing the background and significance of this research.In the summary of the research,we have made a literature review from two aspects: participatory journalism and Internet governance.The second part mainly according to the statistical data of the sample to analysis the features of Participatory Journalism through four aspects of subject,content,platform and the form of presentation.The third part is mainly from the concept of Participatory Journalism features,combined with the research sample to study some contradictions that may exist in Participatory News and Internet Governance in the three aspects:journalistic professionalism,information source from different subjects and pluralistic public opinion ecology.The fourth part,from the macro level,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions of the establishment of a scientific information security classification standard,the special rectification actions and Internet Governance about Participatory Journalism from the improvement of the legal system.In the fifth part,from the intermediate perspective,it puts forward to build a self-discipline system for pluralistic subjects included industry organizations,news media and internetenterprises.The sixth part,from the micro level,it puts forward to enhance news accomplishment from three individuals,including netizens,network opinion leaders and journalists.The creativity of this paper is to study Participatory Journalism based on the perspective of Internet governance.This paper focuses on the current situation of Participatory Journalism in China and makes a new discussion from the perspective of Internet Governance.It also puts forward solutions and means to solve problems.
