In the information age, internet has been used widely and become animportant part of the modern society. Internet has been merging with human societyin every sector. That’s why more countries make their own policy on internet. Asinternet impact the economic, political, cultural and social development, it isimportant to build a global strategy to solve the problems, especially in securitydomain.
