Research On Model Of Internet Information Governance In China

The developments of modern communications and transmission technology have improved the speed and extent of information dissemination enormously. In particular, the appearance of internet, which has become an essential infrastructure in the information society, makes efficiency and dimension of information collection and communication reach an unprecedented level. It achieved instant sharing and achieves of interaction global information as well. The governance of internet information has become brand-new systems engineering around the world in respect that internet-based information dissemination, which infiltrated every field of human society, becomes unique impetus of contemporary social development and brings considerable negative impacts for the human community.This research investigated the model of internet information governance, which is social management behavior based on internet-based virtual community. This thesis had a glance on the internet governance in China combined with its characteristics and made a number of attractive discoveries by a comprehensive related literature review, using Marxist philosophy as a guide, adopting philosophy, sociology, management, communication studies, system science and system dynamics as foundation. This dissertation studied internet information governance systemically through a process of the combinations of macro and micro, interdisciplinary and evolutionary by literature review, theoretical deduction, analysis and giving countermeasures and suggestions at the end.At the macro level, this thesis based on thorough understanding for the influences of internet on society. On this basis, the thesis analyzed spatial structure of internet with its subject and object elements, established a comprehensive model for China Internet Information Governance, rationalized relationship between integrated governance mode and cultural construction in order to sublimate internet information governance to the cultural construction that made the integrated governance mode proposed in this thesis continuous improve. Moreover, the thesis discussed internet information governance in the international environment. From the meso-view, the thesis rationally extended the issue originally in sociology to natural science and obtained valuable academic enlightenment by referencing the latest research method and result of natural science, especially in the complex network study. This is aimed at having more comprehensive and deeper command of the law of internet information dissemination. It is universally acknowledged that complex network is a new and powerful instrument for depicting natural and social system. The related researches and applications of complex network has been widely drawn attention by numerous fields, such as system science, sociology, economics, management and engineering technology. It is believed that these new ways of thinking and outcomes would be a useful complement for current research on internet information governance. There are new perspectives on the understanding of relationship between internet and real world in the thesis. For the aspect of research method, there are combinations of science and humanities that based on recognition for complex network dynamics and the rule of internet information dissemination, mathematical model of information dissemination and management philosophy in order to fully explore the inspiration of governance. This thesis also investigated the relationship between cultural structure and information governance. There is an exposition in the thesis showed cultural structure is the ultimate goal and instrument for information governance. The concepts and methods of the research, as well as the proposed new understanding, philosophy and ideas, are not only innovating in theory, but also have directive to practices. Results from the thesis provided quotable thoughts and methods for the research and practice of Chinese internet information governance in the future.
