Design And Implementation Of Aid Management System For The Poor Students In Guangdong University Of Finance

With the deepening of the reform,the rapid economic and social development of our country,the level of higher education has also been significantly improved,the total number of college students continues to increase.At the same time,the number of poor students is also a considerable proportion.China attaches great importance to the funding and management of needy students.Policies and funds are in place,but the work is still mainly based on traditional manual operation and inefficient operation.It is a field worth studying how to integrate the advantages of information technology into university management and enhance the accuracy of poor students through technical means.This thesis mainly takes the aid management of the poor students of Guangdong University of Finance as the research object,and try to improve the efficiency of the aid management work of the poor students by developing a new aid management system of the poor students.The new aid management system of GDUF is constructed from two parts: client browser and system server.The system design uses the structure of MVC,and implements the combination of JFinal framework and various plug-ins.The main functions of this system includes: the management of school scholarship,the management of the difficulty subsidy,the management of the diligent work,the management of the poor students,the statistical reports and the system administration.The module used by students mainly include the following functions:user login,viewing personal information,changing password,viewing the information of positions of work-study program,applying for the positions of work-study program,applying for the scholarship,and applying for the difficulty subsidy.The module used by the counselors include the following functions: the management of the personal information of the poor students,the examination of the students' application information,the understanding of the situations of students' work-study program,scholarship and difficulty subsidy,and the management of the information of the poor students of the college.The module used by the student work department include the following functions: audit and manage the personal information of the poor students,publish the information of the positions of work-study program,final audit the students' various t application information,and export the report of current status of students' work-study program,scholarship anddifficulties subsidy,and manage the information of the University's poor students.The functions of the system administrator module include: logging management,database management of the sytem,and the deletion of information from students and faculty members.After the initial design of the system,we also optimize and test the performance of the system at different levels and aspects.After the test,the system can be formally invested in the management work of poor students in GDUF.In practice,the system can meet the needs of poor students' aid and management,and achieve the expected design goals.The system has strong practicability.The possible innovation of this thesis is mainly in two aspects: the first is the application of the information management system in the aid management of the poor students,which provides more data support for the management decisions of the poor students in the school.The second is the interaction between system design and management optimization,by analyzing and optimizing the business processes,it provides the system support for the improvement of the efficiency of the follow-up management.The deficiency of the paper is mainly due to the fact that it is mainly biased towards practical application,and the relevant frontier theories are not well applied,and the depth of research is not enough.Some problems may be found and needed to be solved in the production environment of the system.
