Design And Implementation Of The Recognition System Of The Poor Students In Colleges And Universities

Recent statistics research reveals that there are more than twenty million students in China,in which nearly 2 million suffer difficulties in family economy.The government finances these students to finish their studies through a variety of ways;however,for a number of college students have no way to pass the cognizance of poverty status due to various reasons.There exist plenty of problems during the recognition process.To solve the problems,establishing a poor student recognized management system of college is necessary;and making recognition process more effective and reasonable.This dissertation expounds the concept of the poor students' recognition comprehensively at the beginning,which has analyzed the current development situation of poor students' recognition in foreign countries and in mainland China.On this basis,the current indicators of poverty students' cognizance in China are presented and put forwards recommendations for the establishment of the index system for poor students' cognizance through our country.Finally,based on the above research,the thesis analyze the methods that can indicate the poor students' recognition and established relevant index model,including the establishment of index system,the content and structure of the index,building up the index standard,the weight of indicators,and setting up standards that on the foundation of a multi-level evaluation model.The hierarchy is determined through the comprehensive calculation score,which,thereby,to build a basic index system of poor students consideration.Real examples are used to prove the feasibility of the mentioned poverty students' recognition system and models.On this basis,the thesis designs and implements the poor student recognized management system according to the principle of software engineering.Through the research of the poor student recognized management system,this essay can provide reference to the students who engaged in poor recognition and relevant researchers.Meanwhile,it can also offer help for the improvement of relative policies issued by local governments and the promotion of poverty students' recognition.
