Design And Implementation Of Educational Administration Information Management System In Colleges And Universities

Nowadays,with the rapid development of science technology and information technology,more and more attention has been paid to the management efficiency of colleges and universities by using information technology.With the steady improvement of China's comprehensive national strength,higher education presents a rapid development trend.Using information superiority,developing and applying the management system of university business information is an important way to improve the management of colleges and universities.In order to improve the efficiency of teaching management in colleges and universities,to overcome the existing university educational administration management system defects of efficiency is not high.In this paper,based on the actual educational administration demand of Nanjing mechanical and electrical engineering Career Technical College,the educational administration management system is developed.The system adopts Browser/Server(B/S)system architecture,which is composed of two parts: the client browser and the system server.Using the java development tools to provide the overall system construction,database using SQL Server development system,Eclipse is used to create the software structure between the connection.In order to make the system more reliable and the choice of system development framework is SSH(Struts+Spring+Hibernate),front page show using JSP technology development the system server is divided into service server and database server.In this paper,the business functions of the educational management system is mainly divided into the student status management function,the student training program management function,teaching arrangement function,student achievement management function,online evaluation of teaching function,student information management function,teacher information management function module and system maintenance function.Students use the port is mainly the following:landing student accounts,check the student status information,modify the student password,be able to view the results of students,to understand the content of courses,and students can be taught by the teachers to assess the course,score.Teacher's functions include add information on the courses,to submit to the suspension information,upload student achievement,upload teaching program,upload the goal of the course content,understand students for the content of the curriculum evaluationand query curriculum schedule.System maintenance management personnel in the system of the main responsibilities of the log management,system database recovery and system exception management,delete student information and delete teacher information.At the same time,in order to improve the performance of the system,this paper optimizes the system operation performance from the system WEB layer and database layer.Through the optimization,the system access delay time is significantly reduced in the course of students,through the system test,the system has been successfully applied to the academic management.The actual effect of application indicate that this system can basically meet the demand of students and the teacher's educational administration information,and have the characteristics of strong practicability.
