With the advent of the "Internet plus" era,new needs such as smart cities,smart industries,and smart buildings are emerging in an endless stream.The deep integration of the Internet and traditional industries has aroused people's attention.Compared with the rapid development of the Internet,the traditional control system is developing slowly.The technology of bottom controller lacks major innovations and can't meet more and more intelligent demands.Besides,the superior software is insufficient in the complex use,the unpretty interface,and the simple management function.Based on this,this topic proposes a management and control integration software that integrates multiple intelligence processing patterns.The management and control software has added many personalized management tools,such as personnel management,wiring diagram management,and rights management,in addition to the monitoring functions of traditional configuration software,which provide convenience for users and enhance the security of the system.The control system uses the flexible controller which developed by the laboratory as the bottom controller.At the same time,the management and control software cooperates to achieve some parts of flexible control function,including strategy flexibility,logic flexibility,semantic description flexibility,so that ordinary users can participate in the changes of controller strategy and even Part of the code,this enhance the wisdom of the control system.The system has been deployed in several projects and is formally put into use.The results of test and actual use show that the design of this paper has reached the requirements of availability and security.This provides a solution for the realization of intelligent control,and has a good application value.
