In recent years,the industrial control system of our country has improved its intelligence and automation level on the basis of the continuous development of computer technology.however,our country is still facing the predicament of increasingly serious environmental pollution,low data utilization rate and low energy utilization rate.this puts forward higher requirements for the control effect of the industrial control system.At present,some industrial control systems are not open because of their closeness and exclusivity,which makes it difficult for advanced algorithms to be integrated into the system,which restricts the improvement of control quality.According to the industrial production link,this paper develops a set of industrial control configuration station software with perfect structure,efficient operation,low software and hardware cost and high integration,which can meet the needs of most of the on-site real-time control.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)This paper designs the framework from four aspects: system requirements,data structure configuration design,control logic configuration design and data communication.The system has many important characteristics,such as multiple inheritance of data structure,hierarchical module design,separation of operation and interface and so on.In addition,this paper makes a detailed design of the internal communication of the system,including the download of configuration files,real-time broadcast of operation results,and online distribution of operation commands.The framework can not only ensure the long-term safe operation of the system in the case of large amount of data and high concurrency,but also facilitate later maintenance and function expansion.(2)Two types of data communication points,OPC and TDI,are designed and rich open data interfaces are provided to realize the cross-platform sharing of data and the integration of data configuration.The parameter setting module and intelligent algorithm container are developed to effectively realize the application of advanced algorithms in control logic,break the closed and difficult to expand situation of the original system,and realize the integration of control logic configuration.Finally,the development of the coal burning optimization control module is completed.as a successful application of integration,the module effectively modularizes the specific control tasks and mounts them to the integrated platform to control and monitor the key parameters.effectively improve the control efficiency.(3)In order to ensure the data sharing ability and operation security of the platform,the communication platform software is used to exchange data with third-party software,and a perfect active and standby redundancy scheme is designed to ensure that the system can quickly switch without disturbance in the event of failure.The framework design and implementation of the integrated platform configuration station software effectively improve the open ability and integration of the system,and facilitate the unified management and scheduling of the third-party software integrated platform.it has certain reference significance to improve the effect of industrial control and the level of automation.
