Design Of One Standard Address And Three Information Management System

With the economic development of Sanmenxia City getting faster and faster,A standard three real management,that standard address management,there is a population management,there is a real unit management and there is a housing management.The status in urban construction,personnel management and foreign exchange is also increasingly important.In order to promote the healthy economic development of Sanmenxia City,Sanmenxia City Public Security Bureau will improve the supervision and management of population information.The Sanmenxia Public Security Bureau carried out the construction of a “one standard and three info” information management platform within the city.Standard Address Information Management System as a Subsystem for the Information Management Platform of "One Standard,Three Reality" in Sanmenxia City.It is an important part of the‘one standard three real'information management platform.This thesis combines the computer technology,the mobile phone software development technology and the network database technology,designs and develops the standard address mobile terminal information service system and the standard address web terminal information service system.Two sets of information service systems share a database.The standard address mobile terminal information service system includes the collection and query of information on community groups,standard addresses,townships(sub-district offices),street lanes,and house number information.The standard address web site information service system includes township street office management,street road lane management,house number management,and standard address management.The management of the township and township sub-district offices includes the information query,modification,addition and deletion of township sub-district offices,and the assignment of township sub-district offices.Street lane management includes street lane alley inquiries and street lane lane assignments.The house number management includes querying the house number,assigning the corresponding police station,and displaying the number of the building.Standard address management includes standard address information inquiry and house number map verification.The paper first analyzes the data requirements and functional requirements of the standard address information management system,introduces its role assignment and business process,and completes the design of the system structure and data tables.Detailed description of the specific processes of the functions of the standard address mobile terminal information service system and the standard address web information service system,and through the data sharing,the population system interface of the whole province and the whole country is realized to facilitate the collection and entry of population information,and to realize the integration with other resource libraries.The comparison interface provides data support for the formulation of relevant policies and has strong practicality and operability.A standard three-real web site information management system is based on the B/S(Browser/Server)architecture,developed using Weblogic server and Myeclipse,and the database is based on Orcale11 g.The mobile terminal information management system is based on the development of android mobile phone.After Sanmenxia City has been used in pilot cities,the system meets the business needs of users.At present,the system has achieved seamless integration with the population supervision platform in Henan Province and is operating in the province.At present,the system effectively improves public security agencies' ability to predict,warn,and prevent risks associated with crimes and public security risks.We must lay a solid foundation for public security work,provide strong basic information support for the actual combat of public security and serve the people's livelihood,and provide information security for the safe and stable social environment in the city.
