Design And Implementation Of University Real Estate Management System Based On .NET

With the continuous deepening of colleges and universities information construction, real estate management department, as an important component of the logistics department, also needs a back-office software system to alleviate their burdensome work. Application of software system can not only improve management efficiency and reduce the burden of work, but also guarantee accuracy, security and integrity of real estate information to some extent. This will help to improve the colleges and universities real estate management's scientific, standardized level.Taking an actual project as example, the paper introduces the development process of university real estate management system based on .NET in detail. At first, introduce relevant knowledge and technologies of .NET, then make a comparatively detailed introduction of system from the three aspects: requirement analysis, system design and system implementation. In the phase of requirement analysis, analyze the users of system with use case diagrams according to the demands of real estate management department, divide the system functional modules, and give the system work flow diagram; in the phase of system design, design the system from physical topology design, functional modules design, data logic design and system architecture design; in the phase of the implementation of system, introduce some key technologies in detail and give the actual operation effect pictures of some main functions. Finally, make summaries and propose the goals of follow-up study.
