The Standard Agile Cloud Architecture Used In Design Of Real Estate Management System

Colliers International is one of the biggest real estate companies in the world; it has 522 offices and 12,300 employees in 62 countries. With the growth of Colliers business, its former real estate management system cannot meet company requirements such as load balance, data integration between more systems, data intact, automation hub unit; It occurs frequently such as denial of service, data island, incomplete data and so on, so reconstructing former system into CTS which is a system platform can support company daily operation is mentioned by company high level managers. Due to company is faced to "subprime crisis" at the beginning of plan, IT budget is limited, in the process of reconstruction we met some issues such as un-standard documents, long time coding, deviation between design and program. Company needed Architecture of design urgently to meet requirements of technical performance, low budget to finish building new system fast and accurately.First of all, issues which are met during reconstructing real estate management system are descript and proved to be necessary to use’Cloud Standard Agile Architecture’during designing this system. Base on it, major functions of the system such as building contract management, building inventory management and building helpdesk and engineering management are discussed; Major processes such as contract approval, purchase apply and building maintain management are analyzed. After that,’Cloud Standard Agile Architecture’is analyzed and detail design for major sub systems of the platform such as contract management system, inventory management system and helpdesk and engineering system are finished. The key point is:Using application design module and service module of the standard cloud agile architecture in Colliers real estate management sub systems’ design and its technology foundation. Finally, CTS is compared with other systems in real estate domain and CTS’s attributions such as stable, extensible, efficiency of development and building, application effect are analyzed briefly.
