At present,China is undergoing a dual process of urbanization and informationization.The daily life of the country,society,and the public is undergoing rapid changes.In the era of mobile Internet,the dual changes in social structure and urban psychology have become an important factor affecting the development of community media.The community is not only an important administrative unit,but also bears the most important and complex psychological state of the city.It plays an irreplaceable role in the process of the transformation of urban residents from the “unit person” to the “community person”.How to promote community development and governance The establishment of urban residents' sense of identity and belonging to the community,and the construction of urban community-based communities of life are issues that need urgent attention in reality.At the same time,as the society enters the era of mobile Internet,the emerging media represented by information and communication technologies are structurally changing the micro-units of cities—communities.This requires us to focus on the power of community media.Therefore,this article will study the perspective of investing in the community media of the mobile Internet era.The full text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the Chinese context and development of community media.Focusing on analyzing the Chinese context of community media,analyzing the impact of the double changes of society and media on community media from the perspective of contextualization;determining the connotation and value of community media,and clarifying the object of this study—Community Media at the grassroots level and the media The function and role in the transition;on this basis,sort out the development history of China's community media,and analyze the basic aspects of its brewing stage,beginning stage and development stage.The second chapter is about the development of community media in the era of mobile internet.First of all,from the point of view of genetics,we analyze the development situation of community media in the mobile Internet era,and focus on analyzing the impacts and new opportunities faced by the community media in the rapid development and change of mobile internet;on this basis,we will sort out from the perspective of typology.The development model and form of community media include the analysis of community newspapers,online community media,and integrated community media.The third chapter is the case of the development of urban community media in the era of mobile Internet.The first section mainly summarizes the status quo of community media in Zhengzhou during the initial stage of development and analyzes the layout and topic settings of the Zhengzhou Evening News community newspaper,and concludes that its functions are realized and existed.The second section is a case study of community media in Beijing.The development of community media in Beijing is relatively mature.Community media have in-depth forces in the old and new communities.Among them,the community media represented by the Beijing Youth Daily community formed a mature exploration.The model finally analyzes its limitations.This chapter focuses on investigating the differences in the development and functional realization of community media in the era of mobile internet,providing cross-references for the transformation of some media communities,and paving the way for the development of community media.The fourth chapter is about the operational function of urban community media in the era of mobile internet.It mainly analyzes the discourse reports and the setting of topics in urban community media,including public opinion guidance,storytelling framework and relational services that use good people as the main means of communication.The main path of social media operations;the function of urban community media city construction is first reflected in the community construction,community media in the creation of the community's "capillaries",enhance the ability of residents to build community,attract residents to participate in community building,communication
