In the impact of new media, traditional paper intermediary advertisement share continue to be diverted to the network media and mobile terminal of emerging media.The newspaper is facing severe challenges, also in the finance and economics paper.The emerging commercial financial newspapers from the outset by the challenge of portals and search engines such as Baidu in the timeliness and copyright, because portals have no government approval of the journalistic interview right, therefore, rely on the integration of information portal website attracts the attention of the audiences,but the domestic financial media site is free to browse. This greatly impacted the development of Finance and economics newspapers.In the current situation, Caixin media as a representative of the financial media has carried on the beneficial attempt. In this paper, by Caixin online as an example,research on the property of media transformation,analysis of how the fusion of traditional print media and network, and then to transform through "Caixin" this platform layout.The paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, explains the research background and the significance of this study, defines the concept of allmedia and related research literature review, research methods and innovation of this paper.The second chapter introduces the current development of China traditional financial newspapers and facing problems, these problems include: profit problem to be solved, copyright protection, lack of social interests and commercial interestsbalancing problem, a strong editorial department and the mode of UCG conflict. The third chapter introduces the domestic and international finance and economics paper intermediary transition experiences.The fourth chapter introduces the Caixin transformation exploration,introduces the positioning.The fifth chapter introduces the present situation and bottleneck analysis Caixin, through the background PV flow change Caixin in 2010-2014 years, the analysis of the development status and according to Caixin, analyzes its bottleneck problem.The sixth chapter introduces the analysis of whole media transformation of Caixin media.This chapter comes to the conclusion that rely on content integration and communication means innovation to create brand advantage to boost the Caixin media have greater development.
