With the continuous improvement of economic level and the growing scale of business,the implementation of "Made in China 2025" plan,the traditional manufacturing industry ushered in unprecedented opportunities and challenges,many cable companies invested more resources for researching on the cable product process scheduling.In order to pursue a place in the competition,optical fiber cable manufacturing industry seeks to make more effective scheduling planning for optical cable manufacturing industry by using different scientific scheduling algorithm strategies,thereby greatly reducing the production scheduling schedule of optical cable manufacturing industry.As a result,the scheduling problem of optical fiber cable manufacturing workshop arises at the historic moment.Optical fiber cable manufacturing industry as a basic industry in China,up to now,the domestic fiber cable supply rate has reached 90%,the market demand is large.This paper from the solution of a single target of cable manufacturing production scheduling,scheduling optimization and explore the multi-objective NSGA-II algorithm,adaptive genetic algorithm and improved sectional design,optimization of cable hybrid workshop production problems,thus saving cable production workshop production cycle,and further expand the company's economic efficiency,bring important practical value.The main contents of this paper are as follows:This paper briefly analyzes the research status of fiber optic cable manufacturing,production scheduling and scheduling algorithm,and the basic classification of fiber optic manufacturing scheduling.By analyzing the manufacturing process of optical cable,we get the production scheduling model of optical cable manufacturing as a mixed flow shop scheduling model.Due to the complexity of the topic,the first single target of cable production(make span)to research the problems due to the existence of a great lack of genetic algorithm to optimize the scheduling problem is proposed a simple,adaptive genetic algorithm(Segment Adaptive Genetic Algorithm,SAGA);and then combined with the multi objective customer request delivery constraints on the cable the production of(the maximum completion time,energy consumption and delivery time)were studied,and based on the NSGA algorithm and NSGA-II algorithm on the basis of improvement,in order to achieve the solution of optical cable manufacturing scheduling involves multiple objective optimization,and the optimization scheduling and programming using MATLAB simulation tools.Finally,we use the GUI visualization module in MATLAB to design a scheduling simulation platform for optical cable manufacturing process through the design of front and back stage,and realize the visual simulation of production scheduling model of optical fiber cable.Through the verification,the improved algorithm can effectively optimize the cable manufacturing shop scheduling problem,improve the cable manufacturing production efficiency,ensure the validity of the cable enterprises on time delivery of customer orders,and reduce costs as much as possible,to get more economic benefits,make the cable manufacturing industry has more development prospects for long,has the practical significance.
