With the development of the society and the progress of science and technology, RFIDand ZigBee which makes people’s life and work more intelligent and humanization arebecoming more and more widely in people’s life and industrial applications. Especiallyinvolving workers in a factory assembly line, Modern manufacturing execution system basedon ZigBee and Rfid, helps enterprises to obtain real-time production workers efficiency,greatly improves the work efficiency, also saves the cost for the company.This thesis describes the main principle of the method of ZigBee and RFID technology,also introduces the design and research of Modern manufacturing execution system based onZigBee and RFID. The System is mainly composed of wireless station machine terminal andthe station acquisition controller. This thesis puts forward the design scheme on the two partsrespectively, and gives the hardware design in detail. The wireless station machine terminalselects STC12C5A32ADS MCU as microcontrollers, NXP CL RC632as radio frequencychip, the American xbee module as the ZigBee terminal node, Mifare one as the radiofrequency card. The station acquisition controller needs to coordinate30wireless locationmachine terminal, so it selects STM32F103ZET6as the main control chip, the Americandigi XBEE module as the coordinator node. The location acquisition controller uses theCDMA module、Ethernet or RS485to achieve two-way remote communication with ERPmanagement software. At last, this thesis not only introduces the communication softwaredesign of RFID reader and electronic tag, but also studys the part of the software design ofthe coordinator and terminal nodes in the zigbee network.This thesis mainly implements the design of Modern manufacturing execution systembased on Zigbee and Rfid, also forms a network including a location acquisition controllerand a set of wireless location machine terminal, makes the corresponding experiment andanalysises. The test results show that the entire system meets the requirements of the design.
