A Research On Development Of Wuxi Daily Newspaper Group Based On The Core Competitiveness

Through the relevant literature research and theoretical analysis,this paper takes the development of the Wuxi Daily Group as an example and focuses on the systematic research on the exploration and cultivation of the core competitiveness of the Wuxi Daily Group.Firstly,through straightening out the related concepts and theories,such as Wuxi Daily Group and enterprise competition,this paper tries to form a certain investigation basis and foundation,which is convenient for further discussion on the core competitiveness of Wuxi Daily Group.Secondly,the paper defines the core competitiveness of Wuxi Daily Group,analyzes the economic,policy,social and cultural environment the group is facing and makes the comparison with the key elements of core competitiveness of Wuxi Daily Group from the system and mechanism of group organization,the ability of product innovation,the differentiation of public opinion,the optimization of cultural industry layout,and the absorption of core talents,etc.according to the development and operation status of Wuxi Daily Group.The paper also analyzes the experience and methods of Wuxi Daily Group in cultivating the core competitiveness as the local party newspaper group,and uses the SWOT method to analyze the threats and opportunities,and the existing advantages and disadvantages in the development of the group.Thirdly,from the angles of management mechanism,core talents,corporate culture and media integration,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of core competitiveness of Wuxi Daily Group,and expounds the reasons from the aspects of institution system,personnel system,social environment,the neglect of corporate culture by the group and the incomplete integration of media.On this basis,the paper establishes the corresponding strategic model combination analysis,which provides the corresponding strategic basis for cultivating the core competitiveness of the group in the next chapter.Finally,according to the advantages the strategic analysis plays,the paper makes some suggestions on how to cultivate and enhance the core competitiveness of WuxiDaily Group,such as improving the management mechanism of the group,innovating the personnel management system and the technology of newspaper products,finding market orientation to ensure social benefit and cultivating enterprise culture.Therefore,if the group wants to have the core competence and develop continuously,it needs to carry on the long-term construction and reform from the public policy and its own system mechanism.
