With the increasing of network culture and entertainment,The internet companies enter the online literature market,which has led to the increasingly fierce competition in China's online literature publishing market.In this context,publishing enterprises urgently need to find their own core competitiveness.However,the elements of the core competitiveness of online literature publishing enterprises are relatively vague,and most scholars study its core competitiveness from the inside of an enterprise.Under the background of information economy,it is not complete to analyze the core competitiveness only from the inside of the enterprise,and the external value relationship of the enterprise must be considered.This needs a new perspective or method to comb the connotation of the core competitiveness.This paper analyzes the structure and elements of the core competitiveness of online literature publishing enterprises from the perspective of dynamic environment and value net theory.On the basis of value net theory,the core competitiveness of online literature publishing enterprises includes endogenous competitiveness and exogenous competitiveness.The endogenous competitiveness comes from the core competence of the enterprise itself.It is mainly reflected in the creation of the enterprise's basic value chain,that is the production and dissemination of network literature content.Exogenous competitiveness comes from the value relationship between the enterprise and its value network members.They complement each other and form the core competitiveness of online literature publishing enterprises.The endogenous competitive factors of online literature publishing enterprises include author cultivation,content development,channel communication and other abilities,while the exogenous competitive factors are reader adhesion and resource integration force of related enterprises.On the basis of the analysis of core competitiveness structure,take China Literature Group as an example to conduct case demonstration.According to the cultivation strategy and competition effect analysis of the core competitiveness of China Literature Group,it is concluded that the factors affecting the competitiveness of online literature publishing enterprises include author,content,channel,readers and industry chain.Based on this,the cultivation model of the core competitiveness of online literature publishing enterprises is proposed.Online literature publishing enterprises cultivate core competitiveness from author cultivation,content development,channel construction,reader adhesion and industrial chain extension by focusing on core competence inward and integrating resources outward.It can provide reference for other network literature publishing enterprises and enhance their own competitiveness.
