The anchor is a scarce resource in the media industry has characteristicsthat can not be copied and can not be recycled, each anchor has the levelof competitiveness will also directly affect the size of their programs andmedia market share in the industry. Moderator personal corecompetitiveness is less susceptible to other presenters to follow, have acompetitive advantage, the unique knowledge and skills.
