The rapid development of network information technology is obvious to peoplein recent years, the degree of enterprises informationization also further improved,51.5%of the degree of enterprise informationization is over80%at2012, and avariety of IT systems can cover almost all aspects of business operations. In thecontext of the current world economy has not yet completely out of the shadow of thefinancial crisis, how to reduce the cost of enterprise affairs, how to control the scale ofenterprise and how to train the personnel to have ability and high efficiency ashigh-tech personnel fast, to improve the competitiveness of enterprise, it is worththinking and take advantage of existing enterprise LAN set up enterprise humanresource development platform is gaining wide attention from all walks of life. Forsaving human resource development platform used in enterprises human resourcestraining costs. This paper is a systematic study proposed the establishment of TheEnterprise Training And Evaluation System (ETES) to satisfy the pressing needs ofthe new era of entrepreneurship development.This paper mainly introduce the design and development of ideas enterprisepersonnel training evaluation system based on J2EE technology, the design andimplementation of a enterprise training evaluation system, so that ordinary enterprisewill be able to participate in the network system platform and provide learningtraining courses, and to take the examination after completion of the course, thesepersonnel courses, papers and other related information to be consolidated by thesystem administrator to manage.The paper first discusses the enterprise training and evaluation system design anddevelopment of the theory and technology; Then, the system needs to do a moredetailed analysis, and in accordance with user needs analysis to select the appropriateMVC pattern and J2EE architecture, depend on the basis, the system to be designed toachieve the function analysis and planning; Then, in accordance with the systemdesigned to establish the database layer, persistence layer, business logic andpresentation layers such J2EE four-tier structure; highlights Eclipse integrateddevelopment environment using technologies such as Spring, Struts and Hibernatewith MySQL database design and implementation key method and system of thefour-tier structure in some important features of the business logic; Finally, this papersummarizes the significance of enterprise training evaluation system and outlook thefuture of the enterprise training and evaluation system.
