With the development of economy and the enhancement of environmental protection consciousness,more and more pumped storage power stations are built in our country.As the pumped storage power station area is generally rolling tens of kilometers,forest fire,dam monitoring,reservoir to prevent staff drowning to the safety management than the general thermal power plant is more important.In order to monitor the safety of enterprises almost all pumped storage power stations develop a number of subsystems of physical and technological prevention at different times by the different manufacturers.The operating systems,databases,and software architectures of these subsystems are often different,it's called isomorphism,resulting in information cannot be shared,creating multiple "information islands".In order to protect the existing subsystems of physical and technological prevention has invested,the paper studies the physical and technological prevention system integration of multi-heterogeneous of a pumped storage power station and its related problems,to design and implement an physical and technological prevention systems integration platform based on ESB-SOA architecture.Through the development of a number of functional software,the platform integrates the existing physical and technological prevention subsystems of enterprise,provides unified portal?unified rights management?unified security command and dispatch and unified information display.At the same time we use the work experience of enterprise security supervisors,proposes a two-level decision-making model which can carry out fuzzy reasoning and accurate reasoning according to the empirical knowledge,and realizes the linkage of physical and technological prevention subsystems of multi-heterogeneous,which can improve the reliability of the alarm effectively and make the control action of each subsystem followed by automatic implementation,and thus enhance the level of enterprise safety management.Firstly,a detailed investigation is carried out on the status of the physical and technological prevention systems of multi-heterogeneous of the pumped storage power station.The functional requirements and difficulties of the system are analyzed and gives a countermeasure.On this basis,the overall architecture and function are designed.Secondly,the data integration and application integration based on the ESB-SOA architecture is implemented in terms of the overall architecture.Data integration includes the design and implementation of data warehouses and integrated databases,application integration includes the design and implementation of application service communication interface module and ESB service module.The integrated framework designed in this paper can greatly reduce the integrated development workload of the physical and technological prevention subsystems and has good expansibility and openness.Then,aiming at the linkage demand of the physical and technological prevention subsystems of enterprises,this paper proposes a two-level decision-making model which can carry out fuzzy reasoning and accurate reasoning according to the work experience of security supervisors.Through one-level reasoning can select the reasoning according to the input information type quickly;The second reasoning is divided into fuzzy reasoning and accurate reasoning.Respectively,according to the long-term experience accumulated by security professionals to form a different type of rule base complete reasoning efficiently and quickly.The system is implemented to make the alarm decision more reliable,the linkage of the subsystems can be automatically executed in sequence.And the linkage decision-making knowledge base can be added and reduced by the administrator according to the work experience of the security supervisor through the interface at any time.Finally,using SQL Server as the database management system?Power Designer as the system database modeling tool?C#as the program design language,under the guidance of normative programming ideas and principles,completing the development of integration platform for physical and technological prevention subsystems of multi-heterogeneous.Selected part of the realization of the typical function to show,and the system is tested from four aspects:basic function,integration,linkage and compatibility,the test results verify that the system can achieve the desired functional requirements.
