In recent years,with the continuous development of China's economy and society,the demand for land resources has been increasing,which has brought great challenges to the management of land and resources.How to manage land and resources effectively,manage land planning information well and maximize the value of land resources utilization has become the top priority of land resources management.Compared with foreign countries,China started late in land use planning and management,lacking of understanding.Especially in grass-roots areas,the management means are still based on traditional manual management mode.The level of information technology is low,and the management efficiency is poor,which makes it difficult to meet the needs of land management at this stage.Although the land planning database is gradually established and improved,the data volume is still relatively small and the function is relatively weak,which is still difficult to meet the management needs at this stage.In this context,this paper develops and designs a set of land planning information linkage platform which is suitable for the development needs of Datong City.In the process of designing and realizing the land planning information linkage platform in Datong City,firstly,the specific background and significance of the land planning information linkage platform in Datong City are elaborated.Combined with the actual investigation and investigation data,the development status of the land planning information system at home and abroad is deeply analyzed and determined.The main contents of the paper are given.Secondly,combined with the key technology and daily work business requirements,the system requirements analysis is completed,and through use case diagram,the specific functional requirements of the platform are analyzed in depth.Thirdly,according to the principle of system design,the system logic structure,function modules and database design are completed.In the process of designing the main function modules,the overall system architecture design is completed by using Java EE architecture and B/S.According to the overall structure,the management of the baseboard data,the inspection and examination,the Department linkage and the assistant decision are completed.The detailed design of the four functional modules of the policy is mainly based on workflow diagram,working sequence diagram and class diagram.Subsequently,this paper further explains the design process of the database of the system by using Oracle database technology.Finally,combined with the system design and implementation,the system test is completed from two aspects: system function test and performance test.The system's function test and performance test results show that the Datong land planning information linkage platform fully meets the expected design requirements,and all performance indicators meet the requirements.At present,this platform has been used in Datong City's land planning.The whole platform is an open,shared,unified,efficient and dynamic updated land planning information linkage platform based on national economic and social development planning,urban and rural planning,land planning,environmental protection planning and other planning.The design and implementation of the platform has the function of conflict analysis between the two plans,which can automatically identify the differences between the two plans,help managers to understand the urban spatial layout in time,and play a positive role in improving the utilization rate of the stock land resources.
