Design And Implementation Of The Auxiliary Decision-making System For Grassroots Power Company Of Master Thesis

During the period of the 12 th five-year plan, SGCC(State Grid Corporation of China) gives comprehensive promotion on SG-ERP project’s construction based on the completion of SG186 project. SGCC proposes that we will take “integration with technical and application, enhancing the analytical level on strategy development ” as one of the core objectives of informatization construction during the 12 th five year plan under the current situation of demand of China. Liaoning Electricity Power Limited Company, as one of the units belong to SGCC which lead the top level both in technical coverage and technical application, have the conditions to carry out the application on assistant strategy decision-making.Regarding with many basic enterprises’ lack operation analysis and needs of assistant strategy decision inference based on totally coverage of profession technically system, the article is necessary for them to build a set of evaluation system of the production and business for the power enterprises based on actually technical and comprehensive specifications, which may follow the principle that “making organic combination with SGCC and basic power enterprise special needs.” In addition, the article is to raise a standard process by many technical methods such as data analysis, business intelligence, visualization, etc, and build a platform of monitoring/evaluation towards the basic power enterprise so as to realize many functions on strategy supporting including show analysis, manufacturing operation, business analysis/evaluation, economical acting analysis. At the same time, the system may real-time monitor the enterprises’ operating and business analysis which may take great support for those to make strategy by standardization, professionalization and systematization. The system realizes the totally application coverage including and technical coverage including 14 cities and 73 counties in Liaoning Province, which laid a good foundation for deepening application and increasing management of information system for all power units in Liaoning Province.During the project research, the writer finished one article named “The system application of assistant strategy for grassroots level power company of large enterprise ”, which published in the SGCC journal < Electricity Power informatization> and jointly got the “Computer software copyright” by The national copyright administration of the People’s Republic of China.The application of the project can meet the needs for the information systematical application promotion for basic enterprises of SGCC and also take a beneficial attempt in big data application, processing and assistant strategy decision-making for all kinds of technical and business. The project is the successful implement and powerful practice for deepening system application of basic enterprises. As well as, it will play an important role in “focusing on the basic enterprises” of SGCC and implement the working thought as “enhancing quality of data, standardizing operation, implement professional evaluation, demonstration advanced enterprise”.
