Capp Integrated System Development, Product-oriented And Intelligent

With the development of advanced manufacturing technology, there has been a new trend that CAPP is developing in directions of integration and intelligence. On the basis of CAPPFramework, an integrated SBFCAPP system is established to meet the needs of the SBF enterprise, which produces parts in medium or small batch. In addition, the paper focuses on the research of integrated SBFCAPP system's intelligence. The main points are summarized as follows:1 .An overall design of integrated SBFCAPP system is given and the process planning model is established on the basis of the enterprise's production characteristics and the analysis of requirements.2.The process information model is constructed by using Object-Oriented.3.On the basis of analyzing the data flow among CAD, CAPP, PDM and MRP II systems, the author designs the structure frame of integrated SBFCAPP system and develops the integrated interface with CAD and MRP II system.4.With the hybrid intelligent technology, the author establishes practical route planning expert system based on Object-Oriented and rules. Besides, the automatic matching method of part's standard process planning is proposed.The SBFCAPP system is now working for machining and assembling process planning of SBF and has been integrated effectively with other subsystems of dM5.
