Chinese consumers have a strong demand for commodity quality traceability,and users are eager to understand the commodity information in the various links of the commodity circulation.A considerable number of large enterprises in China have their own quality traceability system currently,but only for the tracing of their own goods.Commodity quality traceability system usually works for a specific industry,though it has a certain effect,consumers cannot effectively learn regulatory information,and lack of trust in their supervision.Therefore,it's important to design and develop a general product quality traceability system for the whole industry chain of small and medium enterprises which can be used by registration.Based on users' needs of various links of commodity quality traceability and the adoption of radio frequency identification and QR code technology to tag traceable objects,and to collect the whole process information automatically such as commodity production,processing,logistics and sales,the product quality traceability system is designed and realized by using Node.js and Ionic Technology.The research of the thesis has the following aspects:1.Through the literature research on the quality traceability system at home and abroad,aiming at the shortcomings of the existing system,the effect of the system design and realization is clarified.UML modeling of the system is carried out based on the traceability links of commodity production,processing,logistics and sales.The requirement analysis of the system is conducted from functionality and non-functionality.2.In the design scheme,the function module and data design meet the quality traceability requirements of other kinds of goods,and realize the universality of the system.Enterprises only need to register and they can use the system to upload and query the traceability information of each link after the examination passed.Users of all links can query relevant information by accessing the central database.According to the basic functions and business functions of the system,the overall design is implemented,including platform management subsystem,product supply management subsystem,logistics management subsystem,sales management subsystem and traceability query subsystem.3.In the traceability coding design,the encoded mode of ENA·UCC system is referenced,and the commodity encoded mode of "product GTIN code + label tab" is put forward.The product GTIN code employs encoding structure of GTIN-13.4.In the security of QR code information,the DES-RSA mixed encryption algorithm is improved,and it is used in the encryption of traceability information in QR code.5.The adoption of B/S architecture design and implement of commodity quality traceability system.The server uses the Express framework based on Node.js technology to develop,which is also used to build REST API for clients to transfer.The PC client mainly uses the Bootstrap framework,and the mobile client uses the mixed development framework Cordova+Angularjs+Ionic to develop.At present,the centralized management of information in the key links of product supply chain has been realized,and data acquisition technology and mixed encryption technology of traceability code are feasible.The platform system has acquired software copyright.
