With the gradual advancement of reform and opening-up,the level of people's livelihood in China has improved rapidly in the past 30 years.Most of China's regions have already emerged from poverty.People's attention to food will be transformed from food and clothing problems in the past to food health issues,and food safety will receive more and more attention.In recent years,as the government and the media promoted the unique nutritional value of green fruit and vegetable products,nowadays,families are spending more and more on agricultural products such as fruits and vegetables.However,the existing fruit and vegetable traceability systems provide relatively simple functions,which can only provide basic information such as product name and origin,and lacks systematic management and monitoring of production,processing,transportation and product anti-counterfeiting.To this end,this thesis proposes an agricultural product traceability system targeting enterprises which product vegetables and fruits.In this thesis,the theoretical basis and algorithm of related technologies involved in the system are comprehensively studied: combined with the characteristics of the QR code itself,a complex encryption algorithm is added to the QR code to implement anti-counterfeiting encryption at the system level;according to the high sensitivity of fruits and vegetables to temperature,using detection and data transmission of RFID temperature tag capability,the system introduces RFID temperature monitoring system to strictly monitor the compartment temperature environment of the distribution link;study the principle of traditional RSA algorithm and analyze its existing problems.By using two prime numbers to calculate X to replace modulo n,the algorithm is improved to prevent attackers from attacking ciphertext by large number decomposition;design and develop agricultural product traceability system based on SSH technology architecture and APP based on Android according to requirements analysis and run the demo.Based on the actual market demand and the existing problems of the agricultural product traceability system,this thesis proposes an agricultural product traceability system based on the Internet of Things and QR Code encryption.The system not only realizes systematic management and monitoring of the production,processing and transportation of fruit and vegetable agricultural products,but also achieves traceability and anti-counterfeiting of products by encrypting the QR Code of product information,which has a good application prospect.
