Because of animal products safety problems existing in current society increasinglyprominent, in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, create agood consumption environment, our country has placed the RFID technology isintroduced into the Livestock products traceability system. RFID technology, with itsmany advantages has become the latest must-haves in the Livestock productstraceability system.This subject adopts AVR+FAT32development platform, the design scheme basedon RFID reader completed the development of the livestock product traceability system,for the Livestock product traceability provides a feasible solution. The traceabilitysystem using the reader to complete the label information acquisition, and then throughthe upper machine system to label data to add, modify, delete, query operation tocomplete traceability. Reader comprises AVR128controller module, RMU900moduleand TFT touch screen module. In order to easy to manipulate and control the RMU900module, realize the portable terminal, this paper applies the FAT32file system by asingle chip microcomputer, using TFT touch screen operation control.Compare with the previous traceability system, this terminal is involved in theapplication of the FAT32file system, more convenient for the user in the operation ofthe tag data. According to recording the main information of each section of LivestockProducts traceability system, we can use the reader test whether the products arequalified at any time to complete the traceability. The test proved that the traceabilitysystem can complete track of Livestock product label, can significantly improve thework of the animal product traceability process, has a very good practical value.
