Abstract/Summary:
When the power system is running,an important part of power grid security is the safety and reliability of the high-voltage switchgear.Switchgear contact is a key part of the highvoltage switchgear.During the long-term operation,the damage of the contact often causes the temperature at the contact point to increase and then oxidize.At the same time,the contact resistance increases and the temperature rises further,which then leads to local welding and the generation of sparks and discharge,and then damage electrical equipment.Therefore,the real-time monitoring of the contact temperature of the switchgear should be carried out to reduce the occurrence of the above-mentioned accidents,which is of great significance to the normal operation of the power system.Through reviewing the relevant literature,the research status of the contact temperature monitoring technology of the switchgear at home and abroad and the advantages and disadvantages of various temperature monitoring methods are known.Taking into account the actual needs of the switchgear safety,based on the principle of temperature measurement of the fluorescence lifetime,combined with computer acquisition and wireless communication,a wireless monitoring system for the temperature of the switchgear contact was designed.Through the analysis of the working environment of the switchgear,the overall design of the system was determined.With STM32F407 as the core,the design of the temperature data acquisition node is completed,and on the basis of CC2530,a wireless communication network for temperature data transmission is designed.Through a series of processing of fluorescent signals,the fluorescent temperature measurement node transmits the temperature information through the ZigBee wireless network.After the coordinator receives the temperature,it sends the temperature information to the upper computer through serial communication.Prepared the upper computer display interface of the switchgear contact temperature monitoring system,which can realize the functions of temperature monitoring,data analysis and storage.The system was tested under laboratory conditions,which showed that the system can perform wireless monitoring of switchgear contacts.
