For a long time, production safety and civilized production is the basis of enterprise development and social stability. Especially at present, our country’s national economy and social civilization is in a state of rapid development, put forward higher requirements on the safety of production. Power system is the lifeline of the national economy and the development foundation, therefore in the power system security, stability and reliability of the power supply equipment is becoming more and more widely attention.In the whole power supply and distribution system, switch cabinet is one of the most important link, its operation safety directly related with the safety of the power system. There are various kinds of switch cabinet fault thermal failure due to various reasons is the most common factors that affect the switchgear security. According to the statistics, the cause of the accident in power system because there are a lot of ReWenTi. Due to the switch cabinet is airtight device commonly, poor heat dissipation condition, coupled with the long-term electrical equipment capacity overload operation, even lead to excessive heat, heat accumulation, causing damage equipment insulation parts contained in the even of short circuit, fire and other major production safety accidents. Timely measurement rack, especially the temperature of the main components (such as bus, etc.), and understand the change tendency is the key to effectively prevent such accidents, but the switch cabinet sealed structure, the characteristics of makes it hard for the conventional detection methods such as artificial inspection easily implemented, therefore, how to convenient, effective real-time monitoring in the switch cabinet bus temperature has become the contemporary issues faced by electric power engineering and technical personnel.Considering the particularity of switchgear bus in special working conditions, this paper designed a kind of can realize non-contact measurement, wireless transmission and real-time monitoring of the switchgear bus temperature monitoring system.This system by the temperature acquisition device, counter processing and communication of device and PC monitoring center.Temperature acquisition device installed in the switch cabinet, the temperature sensor using special packaging digital sensors and direct contact with bus bar insulation, collected temperature with infrared wireless communication mode according to the phase sequence is sent to map processing and communication device; Work within the scope of the map processing and communication device of the single chip microcomputer tapping on the RS-485 bus master-slave distributed structure, from machine AT89C52 single chip microcomputer as the core, in independently complete the temperature display and at the same time, more than the limit alarm and bear with configuration software (computer or touch screen) data transmission task, accept the temperature of PC monitoring software polling. PC monitoring system using configuration software development, interface design into many window mode, respectively:cover, monitoring interface, temperature records, alarm records, history, temperature curve and temperature history form six functions such as window, which can realize the polling data, release temperature limit, alarm information and records, which showed the real-time temperature and history reports and curve display and printing, etc. On the premise of guarantee good human-computer interaction flow, this system also provides a set of perfect security mechanism, strict set permissions of all kinds of operation, regulating the administration of personnel engaged in operation and without the personnel of operation qualification can’t operate, because of wrong operation and eradicate the design level of affect normal operation of the system, and even lead to system disorder, cause significant losses.
