With the advantages of high sensitivity,strong selectivity,easy operation,the fluorescence analysis technology is playing an important role in bioanalysis,chemical sensing and environmental testing.However,there always exists some defects about the traditional fluorescent probe in the analysis and detection.Such as,some of them show small Stock shifts and the fluorescence intensity changes nonlinearly due to the changes of concentration.Moreover,the fluorescence of the probe is quenched because of aggregation-induced FL quench,which affects the FL signal and reduces the sensitivity.The aggregation-induced emission(AIE)molecules has great advantage compared with the tradition fluorescent compounds,they emit stronger FL when they aggregated,which provides the possibility to improve the sensitivity of the fluorescent probe.Among the many molecules with AIE properties,Tetraphenylethylene(TPE)and its derivatives have been favored by researchers because of their simple synthesis,easy modification and excellent luminescence properties.Therefore,based on the tetraphenylethylene derivatives,we carry out some study,the achieved results are as follows:1.Tetraphenyl ethylene derivatives allyl tetraphenyl ethylene(ALTPE)was synthesized.A cross-linked fluorescence porous polymer film was covalently bonded on the surface of vinyl silane functionalized fiber taper based on the thiol-ene "click" reaction among of the polyhedral oligomeric cinylsilsesquioxane(POSS-V8),ALTPE,1,6-hexanedithiol,and vinyl silane,and the optical fiber taper sensor was constructed.The results show that PFSF exhibits a strong fluorescence due to the aggregation of ALTPE,and has good thermal stability and light stability.The existence of POSS-V8 can not only make the film porous but also contribute to the diffusion of gas.It is also possible to reduce the refractive index of the film and increase the light t coupled to the optical fiber.The optical sensor can achieve the detection of 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene(TNT)and 2,4-dinitrotoluene(DNT)and other nitro aromatic explosives gas detection with better reusability resistance to organic volatile gases.2.Crosslinked polymer fluorescent microspheres with high sphericity and narrow particle size distribution were prepared by disperse polymerization of allyl tetraphenyl ethylene,styrene and vinyl benzene sulfonate.The results show that the microspheres have good thermal stability and suspension stability.The fluorescence intensity of the microspheres is not affected by the change of pH value and the presence of metal ions in the aqueous solution.It is expected to be applied in the field of oil field fluorescent tracer,and also provides a new idea for developing more fluorescent tracers.
