A kind of optical-fiber temperature measurement system based on fluorescence mechanism have widely application. such as medically microwave-cure, breaking out disease such as SASE and H1NI flu, food processing industry, large-scale transformer and somewhere that is difficult to contact, strong electric current with strong electromagnetism interfering. Phase-lock technique is used to measure fluorescent lifetime, but complex optics and measure electrocircuit is the disadvantages of this technique. Aimed at these points, a kind of method to measure fluorescent lifetime that based on Single-chip Microprocessor and principle of this method is taking count, at last the temperature measured is gained. Temperature measurement system based on this method will be established, and it has simple measurement principle, small in size, convenient to carry. The main research work is as follows after reading a lot of documents. First, expatiating on the principle of fluorescent mechanism, analyzing temperature characteristics of fluorescent material and the relationship between fluorescent lifetime and temperature measured(fluorescence sensing mechanism). Second, a kind of method to measure fluorescent lifetime that based on Single-chip Microprocessor is brought forward and principle of this method is taking count. Temperature measurement system will be established in practice. Appropriate excitation light source, fluorescent material, light detector are chosen, temperature probe and Y form optical-fiber are designed. At last, some experiments will be done on this system. As the experiments shown that the fluorescent lifetime is implement by the system established and this design is proved to be feasible.
