Under the guidance of the Ministry of Transportation's Twelfth and Thirteenth"Five-Year" Plans,automation and "intelligent" capabilities have become the main features of the transportation system's current development,and the new goal is the seamless integration of technology and services.As part of this new plan,implementing electromagnetic equipment into the highway systems has become a priority.These electromagnetic equipment systems are composed of four sub-systems,namely monitoring,communication,payment,and power supply.This paper discusses the feasibility of integrating and unifying these systems,establishing real-time monitoring and feedback capabilities,and handling massive amounts of incoming data.It will be necessary to enable these separate systems to automatically detect problems within the systems themselves and to solve them automatically.If these technical hurdles can be overcome,it will make the implementation of related policies much easier.This paper's entry point to the technical problems of updating Shandong's highways is primarily from a software point of view.We employ various methods such as UML object-oriented modeling,flow charts,and technical diagrams to analyze the nature and the possibility of this overall integration platform.The platform is divided into three parts:equipment integration,equipment maintenance,and service administration.This paper will analyze specific design and implementation issues of the platform.The platform will use JAVA as the software language and B/S as its primary structure.
