Design And Implementation Of Highway Intelligent Daily Maintenance Management System

Highway maintenance is the most important link in highway management work.It has great significance on extending the service life of road,keeping the road performance,and ensuring traffic safety.Timely road maintenance can make travel comfortable and smooth.The increase of the number of miles and the increasing demand for the capacity of transportation have put a great test on the management and maintenance of highway maintenance units.Traditional maintenance management mode has been difficult to meet the present status of the highway.Inspectors first use pens and paper for records,then make sorting and summary in the industry,this straight forward management model has gradually exposed such problems like the link of the maintenance operation is difficult to close and the maintenance staff are hard to manage,besides,the maintenance reports are hard to make a summary and the assessment of business supervision is difficult to make.To solve these problems,this paper proposed a set of patrolling maintenance management system based on PDA.Taking specific working content and working procedure of front-line units as a starting point,it can report daily examination results rapidly and the analysis the maintenance information and data dynamically.The system can also supervise and manage the operations and maintenance processes,so it can help to establish an efficient business management system and reduce the management costs.In this paper,we carried out the analysis of requirements for construction of the system and classified the requirements according to the functions of various users.In this study,we used UML to establish the system use case model.Through investigation and study,we carried out performance analysis of the system.According to the research results,we made the overall design for the framework of the system,functional component,and the technical architecture.We also made design for the detailed work procedures of main tasks in the maintenance management department,including PDA reporting,routine maintenance patrol,bridge patrol,rain and snow weather emergency,real-time road condition,daily evaluation and so on.We also made design and illustration for data structures and data security,data storage,and permissions management in the database.We use.NET 3.5 for the development platform,and use VB.Net?C# for programming.This system uses SQL Server 2008 as database.It has realized automate generation of the maintenance data analysis summary,highway technical condition evaluation and maintenance report.Based on the road patrol of the Android system,the system can construct highway intelligent daily maintenance management system,set up the office and paperless office network model,which can greatly shorten the time of examination and approval of business and the time of industry data compilation,achieve the goal of fine management.The practical application of the system shows that the system fully realizes the expected function and is conducive to the construction of unified industry management.It can guide local city road management units to formulate scientific and efficient management model,improve internal management of industry standard,unify maintenance management reports.It provides convenience for the future industry data statistical analysis,and it is also conducive to the competent road maintenance unit to do stochastic surveillance.
